Some makeup questions

Hey guys, I really want a new foundation- full coverage but doesn't look cakey. I want people to be able to tell I'm wearing makeup. I have super dry & oily skin. Any foundations you recommend?

Also, any tips on how to make my makeup more noticeable? I feel like when I wear makeup you can barely tell, yet I see so many girls that you can clearly tell they have a full face on (in a good way.) Any product recommendations or application tips to make it look good & noticeable?? Thanks :) btw here's me with a full face and i feel like you can barely tell i'm wearing makeup ☹️
