3 Weeks Late! Plzzz help!!

So me and my boyfriend had been having a lot of sex. He slipped it in raw and then pulled it straight out. There was no pre-cum and he put a condom on right after .my period was supposed to happen about 3 weeks ago and it just has not happened yet. I've taken several pregnancy tests and they all came back negative. I don't know what to do. Is there anyway I could still be pregnant? Is there anyway to induce my period?? PLEASE HELP!!
