What are ppl doing when they notice a food triggers an allergy

I gave my lo scrambled eggs the other day and notice an allergic reaction on her skin everywhere the egg touched. What are ppl doing once they know. I'm kind of surprise she is allergic to eggs. Neither my husband or I have any sort of allergies.

Don't keep giving it. It's possible she might grow out of it later. Make sure you let your pediatrician know so they can take certain precautions with vaccines that have eggs in them and they can give you suggestions on what other foods to avoid

Allergies can be very dangerous. If you've seen a correlation with eggs don't give again and let your ped know next time you go in.

The egg whites are a common allergy, especially before 1 yr.  Let your Dr know when flu season starts if you vaccinate, some have egg protein

Me and my SO have no food allergies so I figured I was in the clear. I tried scrambled eggs with my son and he instantly broke out in hives. I called his doctor and they seen him and I just had to give him Benadryl.

I recently gave my daughter clementines and both times she cried after eating it for a couple minutes and her face was all red.. I don't really know why it happened because she's had tangerines and tomatoes without having any reaction. I say keep giving it and it'll probably go away with time. But with everything speak to your pediatrician.
