Wildflower honey is it safe??

Hi everyone!! 😊
This is my first post. I'm 10 weeks and 2 days and I'm suffering from severe allergies and sinus pain and pressure. I've read that Wildflower honey is excellent for allergies and sinus problems. 
Is it safe to have Wildflower honey whilst pregnant??

Is it raw or unpasteurized honey?...
I've seen both good and bad sides to this. Some say it's okay, and others say it's not. I've read that honey can actually contain spores of botulism, which is harmful to the fetus and to you of course. I'd consult your obgyn honestly.
