A friend of mine and I were discussing race issues. She then went on to stay... mostly only white people are the problem with the race issues. Just like only White people fetishize Biracial children and black people and other races can't. I was like Huh???

I've seen plenty of black women and black men fawning over Biracial children in ways I've never seen them do towards fully black children. In the black community Biracial children are viewed as special, exotic above black children. I have seen it and lived it. Black people suffer from colorism which is the idea that lighter skin is better than darker colored skin. My friend was still very adamant that only white people can fetishize Biracial children and interracial relationships. Maybe I just don't understand but I think black people are just as guilty and other races are capable 🤷‍♀️. Maybe someone can explain to me. I know how many black people treated me vs how they treated my fully black cousins and half brothers and sisters. There is a difference in how I was treated vs how my black cousins were treated. What do you guys think? am I wrong in thinking that white people arent the only ones who fetishize Biracial children?

I think anyone of any race can fetishize Biracial children/adults.
