Nose piercing

I'm not new to piercings, i have 10 and they all are healed very well.

The only one I'm having an issue with is my double nose piercing. I got it pierced back in either January or February and it still isn't completely healed. There's usually always a piercing bump on it and it's so annoying. My first nose piercing never did this, I think its because the L bar is too long for my nose and it keeps moving but I'm not 100% sure.

Any ideas on how to fix that?
