OPK clear blue easy

First month of femera/loterzole, taken on days 5-9. Also this is my first cycle with an opk. Currently I'm on CD 26. I had one whole week of "high" readings (CD19-25) and no peak days at all. Anyone else?? Did I not ovulate maybe?
