Advice please...

So I started to ovulate around the 14th August... Its now the 22nd so I'm just past my ovulation week 2dpo. Last night I had strong period pain, it felt like slightly to one side but around my womb area. I still feel a achy and bloated now. I've checked my CM (sorry TMI) and it's creamy/sticky. Not sure what to think. I've been feeling nauseous too??
