Pregnant? Amitriptyline ? Movement

I take amitriptyline ... For pelvic pain.

I have had pelvic pain and pressure for 7 months now, I have taken a few pregnancy tests they have all been negative. I have still had periods each month.

I have never been pregnant before.

But in my stomach I get random twitchy feeling like someone it tapping on my stomach from the inside. It worries me that I might be pregnant despite negative tests and periods.

I havnt had sex since February but I havnt really put on weight in my stomach. I just have that weird movement feeling.

I had a ultrasound on my stomach and pelvic area around 6 weeks after I had sex and they said my pelvic area looked fine. I then had a pelvic MRI around 13 weeks after I had sex and they couldn't see anything. I'm worried that maybe I could have been pregnant and it was too early to see.

They didn't take a hcg blood because I got my period.

I have had this movement in my stomach for about 11 weeks now.

Could it be the Amitriptyline causing this?? I'm freaking out. I have posted this before but hoping maybe someone else might have used amitriptyline before. It also is making PMS symptoms much worse, really sore boobs before period but when I get my period they stop hurting me

This is not a troll please don't delete my post. I have been to doctors and they have said its not the medication even though it is apparently a sight effect. I really just want someone else's opinion and help to calm down. People keep calling me a troll and saying I need mental help.
