How early could I feel pregnant???

Hi guys. I'm 31 and trying for my first baby. My husband and I have had sex for a full week. My ovulation strip said I was ovulating Sunday so continued with sex that day and Monday. I honestly feel sick as a dog today - Tuesday. Cramps in my right side and then sharp stabbing pains later in the day. I was also dizzy. Could I have caught earlier than ovulation day? Could this be early signs of pregnancy??? HELP

Almost the same symptoms over here. but I have PCO, and I'm on 500mg metformin per day. could I be pregnant at first try?

Doubtful.  Egg and sperm have to meet and then it takes 3-10 days to travel and implant.

Sounds like ovulation symptoms. Your ovulation test is testing for LH which is the hormone that is produced to trigger ovulation. After the surge 12-48 later you would ovulate. So the pain you feel is more likely to be ovulation cramps.

as a general rule, breast changes tend to be what cues most women to pregnancy ;)

Aaah right, I thought it may be a bit soon. It's so hard not to take every single feeling as a possible pregnancy sign. I need to keep my feet on the ground and not get carried away - or it's going to be a long old ride. So when my ovulation test is positive for LH, is it the next 24 hours that's the most vital to have sex?
