Vaginal Discharge When Having A Bowel Movement????

Sorry if this grosses anyone out but I really would like to know what's going on and to hear if anyone experiences this.

Whenever I use the bathroom to have a bowel movement, thick bright white discharge come from my vagina. There is no smell, no itching and no redness.

Does anyone know that this is ??? Does this mean I have an infraction? Pregnant ? Ovulation ? If someone can help me out I appreciate it. I plan to make an appt with my gyno and mention it but I hate to call out of work for something they will tell me is normal and fine.

If it helps, in 30 with three kids. 5"3 and 115 pounds. I don't think it matters but just thought maybe it could come with age or kids?
