Tired of people trying to feed my baby sugar

Everyone keeps trying to give my 10 month old donuts cake ice cream and cookies. It's really getting on my nerves. I tell them she will have a cake on her first birthday when it is appropriate. How do you keep people from giving your baby sugar too early?
