Push gift ideas?

What are you ladies thinking for a push gift? I thought about maybe getting an opal (October birthstone) band to add to my wedding set but idk yet. What are some ideas y'all have?

Well I've heard of it and it's a gift that let's you know you did a good job delivering the baby. Yes the baby is a gift but if you can get something extra why wouldn't you? Anyway... I think a birthing stone is a good idea for a push gift. Me personally I would want like my favorite cupcakes or something lol. Or For my child's Father to take the baby for a whole night and let me sleep the whole time. something like that.

Of course our baby is my push present since it's a vasectomy reversal baby!! Buuuuut...My push present is a new SUV as this makes baby #4! A Yukon Denali or Cadillac Escalade (yes I am a spoiled one 😂) and a small dainty necklace that my hubby picks out to represent our new family. He has always given me an incredible piece of jewelry with every main event in our life.

I got an extra wedding band as my birthday/anniversary/push gift. (Our anniversary is 10/11, baby is due 10/14). There's always a negative Nancy on here to judge why it's selfish to get a 'push gift'. I'd say if you're pushing out something the size of a watermelon, and your husband says he wants to do it, take advantage. We didn't know when we would be able to afford something that nice again once the baby comes, so it wasn't even an argument. My husband got to pre order the new Xbox for his daddy gift. The baby is obviously a gift, but you're also going through a potentially traumatic and painful experience...it's ok for your husband to show you he appreciates what you did.

Personally not asking for, wanting or wishing for a push gift. But if I was into the idea I would definitely get something like an engraved momento or piece of jewelry that reminds me or is significant to the new baby's birthday or addition to the family. I would want that item to be around for a long time and perhaps have it become an heirloom to pass on to that child when they're older. Just my thought :)
