help me please!!!!

my SO and i have been trying for 2 years now and honestly i dont know how to bring up the whole "infertility checkup" without hurting his manly pride.... everytime i bring something like that up he gets so mad and says i hurt his feelings. im so tired of being the only one who is trying. what should i do
