mucus plug??

so I'm 34 weeks, I just went to the bathroom this morning, and I had clumps of mucus come out with my morning pee. is this my mucus plug or is this normal?

Depends on what you did the night or day before. If you had intercourse it could be sperm. If you haven't then it definitely could be mucus plug. It's just a big clump of cervical mucus that clumps up at the entrance of the cervix as a protective layer. It comes out as you start to dilate and can come out all at once or in clumps. Since it is just cervical discharge it does clump back up Aka regenerate. Watch for blood in it as the bloody show is different! Good luck!
