FTM here so bare with me on the questions please 😊. I keep seeing women describe their contractions as it feeling like the baby is pushing out really hard and their whole stomach getting hard. My question is, can you see the baby pushing out during this? Like can you visibly watch your stomach move? I've had some braxton hicks but I've definitely had a lot of times that it feels like he's pushing out really hard and you can see it. Some times it's painful but usually it's just uncomfortable. Not sure if these are contractions or not after reading other people's comments. Any advice or response is appreciated!
