Today I woke up with a twinge/cramp like feelings on my left side. Took bbt and it raised .53• from yesterday morning. Went to the bathroom and took out the soft cup and noticed some brown tinged ewcm discharge. I'm thinking my cervix was probably irritated from the insemination. I've used the bathroom twice since I've woken up today and only have slight brown looking stuff on the paper. Hoping this is a good sign 😊🌈
