Is this enough Milk to leave for baby?

My husband and I are going out for about 7-8 hours today, and leaving our son with my mother. He's 3 months old and exclusively breastfeed, but does take a bottle (breast milk). I have about 20oz of fresh milk in the fridge right now, I'm hoping to get another 5oz before we leave. I'm just wondering do you think that would be enough fresh milk? I have bags of frozen milk in the freezer as back up, I would just prefer he have fresh.

Yeah that's enough. I went back to work when my son was 16 weeks, he was going through 15-20oz MAX during my 8 hour shift. So if you leave 25 you are more than good.

My daughter ate about 3 ounces every 2-3 hours at that age so I think that would be enough. Make sure the caretaker knows about paced feeding so your LO doesn't overeat and eat more milk then necessary.

I think I've heard that breastfed babies only need an ounce (or two?) for each hour you are away. Anyway, that seems like plenty.

He's taken bottles before drinks maybe 4oz sometimes 5. But he only ended up drink 5ozs in the time frame we where gone, than feed for almost 30min (I made him take a few breaks while eating so he wouldn't gorge himself)

I think it depends on how much your baby eats cause every baby is different. My daughter is 2 months old and I will only give her a bottle at night to help her sleep longer (other than that 1 bottle I breastfeed) and she drinks about 8-10 ounces. I would depending on how often your baby eats I was try feeding her/him a bottle before hand to see how much fills him to much sure you won't run out before returning!😊
