Does this flange fit? Please help losing my mind and no milk output

I am having issues pumping more than half an oz at at a time and when I pump my milk does NOT flow.

I have a 30 second let down and then nothing comes out.

I am using a hospital grade pump and got a new one to insure it wasn't the pump.

If I squeeze after pumping milk comes out so the pump is not effectively drawing the milk out and I'm wondering if the flanges are too small.

I cannot tell.

Any input?

There's a picture it is NSFW as it shows the nipple in the flange during use of the pump.

LO is on nursing strike and I don't want to have to start formula.

I could pump 4-5 oz at a time with flowing milk at the hospital wth the lactina.

Now I've got the symphony and nothing.
