I'm 14 and a virgin. I have just recently received a cup (size small) and was really exited to try it! I have previously used tampons so I know how to insert them and am comfortable locating where to put them. I tried for about 30 minutes to get the cup in but was faced with quite a lot of pain. I tried different techniques and wetting the cup, but nothing worked. Any advice or tips? Anything would be appreciated :)
