lip tie?

can this be a lip tie? my baby is 4 months old. doesn't have any problems breastfeeding, and is weight is good (95 percentile). The big problem is thag she spit up a lot. My pediatrician told me is bc I was overfeeding her. I reduced the time I feed her, and no change. Im very concerned.

I had a lip tie, and my son did as well. As far as I know, spitting up isn't a symptom of a lip tie. If feeding them less isn't helping, perhaps it's acid reflux or something you're eating that isn't sitting well with them?

Ask a lactation consultant; doctors don't advise you from a breastfeeding perspective. 
To my knowledge problematic ties (not all of them are) prevent proper milk transfer so it wouldn't sound logical that it is the cause of overfeeding.
Could it be reflux?

Mine has a lip tie and ped says unless it affects his speech they recommend having the dentist or orthodontist take care of it
