Advice! Second baby?

Question

Advice please? How does having a second baby effect you financially? Hubby and I have been discussing having a second but with me being a stay at home mom I'm hesitant if we can afford it?

It honestly just depends on how you go about it... with my first I went all out and bought stuff wether needed or not. When we got pregnant with our second I was staying home so I knew I had to be financially smarter. We had to rebuy all our big items since it had been so long since we had our first so we decided to buy all gender neutral so we could reuse for any other future children, we also just bought what baby would need and nothing extra ( except a pair of Jordan's, they were a must have for our first boy;)) we also made the decision I would breast feed and we also cloth diapered, so really other than having to buy what baby needed we didn't have any extra expenses weekly or monthly. I also only buy clothes twice a year spring/summer and fall/winter so I make sure to buy when places like carters and children's place have their biggest sales or wait until wal mart clearences clothes out at the end of the season for $1/$2 and buy big for the next year.

It depends person to person. Because you're a SAHM it may not have the same impact in terms of daycare as others. 
You have to look at things your family does now: traveling, entertainment, shopping, etc and factor in one more person being added to that. 
I'm having my second and my wallet told me this is it!! I don't believe in public school for my kids and I will have a pre schooler and high schooler and tuition will be over $20k a year. So yeah I'm done lol.
