Epidural ?? im not sure 😐

so im having my second baby in december.. and i dont know if i should take the epidural, the first time i took it was in 2010. but ever since then my back hurts often. im debating if i should or not. .... i need some opinions here..

No can really tell you because it's solely up to you. If you want to try without the epidural I would look into hypnobirthing and different relaxation techniques to help with natural birth. Give yourself a goal if you feel like a 100% natural birth isn't going to be for you. Some women will give themselves to 7cm for example before they would get the epidural.
