Promise ring after a wonderful time in Vegas

My boyfriend and I have been dating for 3 years and went to Vegas as a little getaway to celebrate and the morning before we left my bf and I sat on the bed and he told me to close my eyes and put this beautiful ring on my finger and started telling me how much he loves me and how he knew the moment we met he was going to spend the rest of his life with me. I was crying like a baby but he is my life and I cannot wait until we get engaged and married.
