Male Factor Low sperm, put on HCG

my husband has a low sperm count of 700,000 . EXTREMELY low! the second time 6 months later was 800,00. still obviously low.

our RE put him on HCG injections twice a week. anyone else have success w that?

so far everything with me looks fine.
