Helpppp

So I'm having a gender reveal this weekend and I invited my family (were having it at his family's house) and my SO asked me to uninvite my family because a while back (like 5 years ago!) him and my brother got into a physical altercation which was stupid but they haven't talked since. I understand how he could be uncomfortable but I would think he'd understand how important it is for me to have my family there. We got into an argument about it and I told him how I thought it would be completely rude for me to tell them they couldn't come and asked why I couldn't have any of my family there and he told me I could go do it at my family's house the next day after I already know the gender like what's the point by then and like I said it's important for my family to be there to me 😕 am I being a bitch? I told him he needs to grow up cause we're having a baby and there's no point in holding grudges cause he's gonna have to get over it at some point since they'll be at all the birthday parties and holidays and he told me they could be at the hospital and see the baby and that's it 😒 I think he's being a jerk and unreasonable.
