He doesn't keep anything down 😭

So my baby boy will be a month on Monday. We started out breast feeding, it went great the issue is that it kept me stressed out and kept him gassy no matter what I tried. We decided to switch him to formula for my sanity and his because how uncomfortable he constantly was. I chose Gerber Sooth and it made the gassy go away literally right then it seemed. We are on day 4 of only formula and he is throwing up every meal. No fever. Super thick. Takes his breath away. We burp every half ounce, keep him sat up for a while after feeding, all the bells and whistles. He does have acid reflux and takes medicine which in the day time seems to help but night is terrible. Anyone have ideas. We did choose to switch from Sooth to the Gentle of Gerber formula hoping it will help! 😢
