Vaginal delivery after care tips ? Also when will I be in control of my bladder again ?

I haven't really been doing anything special but today I'm feeling a little bit more of a burning sensation down there. I did have a tear and got a few stitches

I mixed aloe, witch hazel, tea tree oil, and lavender oil in a squirt bottle and I spray my new pad with it.  I am two weeks postpartum so I'm past wanting ice packs and this seems to really help with the dry itchy feeling. Plus it smells good.

Burning when you pee or just burning sensation in general? I had some burning when I peed the first day or two afterward and my nurses told me it was from the epidural. I haven't had it since. If it's still burning when you pee you might be getting a UTI. Otherwise if it's a burning sensation when you're not peeing then the witch hazel pads and dermoblast should help!

Padsicles are life! Just pour witch hazel on a pad and freeze. No need for the annoying tucks pads falling all over the place. You can use aloe Vera along with the witch hazel if you want, but I don't like how gooey it feels

I LIVE taking  really warm showers. Other than that it sucks.... that anaesthetic spray  does NOTHING, cold tucks  helps for a few mins. and motrin 800 takes the edge off  for about 6 hours max.
