Weird pain in vagina and right leg

I have this really weird uncomfortable pain in my vagina area and the back of my right thigh. It feels as if I have something there but I don't. I've had it since yesterday and I'm not sure what it is but I don't like it at all. It's kinda like a tingly feeling but hurts.
