okay so I'm on the birth control patch. only on the second week. (about two weeks or so before my period) last night I experienced light bleeding. I thought maybe I made a mistake or forgot to change my patch last week? but after checking how much I have left, I do remember changing the patch. this morning I woke up around 8 am and had a thick string of dark brown discharge as well as a little bit of blood. slight cramping afterwards but no longer bleeding. could this mean possibly the patch didn't protect me against pregnancy and could this be implantation bleeding? has anyone else experienced something like this on the patch? please let me know what you think.
