Vow renew

When me and my husband got married four years ago we went to the court house by are self .. we really didn't make a big announcement and my dad was really mad because I didn't invite him so next year will make five years that we will be married and we was going to renew our vows question is what are the dues and don'ts because I'm already Married with having a wedding.. like should my dad walk me down the Al? should I have junior brides? Should I really go all the way out
