When to announce

When did u guys tell parents / family and friends ? My hubbby and I had an argument about when is appropriate to mention ?

We told my husbands family the day we found out lol because they live further away, but then we told my family at 13 weeks after the first appointment, and at 15 weeks we told friends/social media.  
I wanted to wait until after the first appointment to tell anyone, just to make sure everything was okay with baby. ☺

Told my parents at 9 weeks and my husbands family at 11 weeks everyone else at 4 months

We told family pretty much as soon as we had s positive, except with our last. Timing really doesn't matter

We told my parents the day we found out. My sister and niece the next day. His parents and sisters the third day. My niece let it slip (she is two) at 6 weeks to my moms side. We told friends and his extended family at about 12 weeks. We posted on Instagram  at 13 weeks.

I told my in-laws as soon as I got the positive. I didn't tell anyone else until 17 weeks when I found out the gender. My next one I'm not going to announce it at all

I told my mother and mil and a couple friends. Other than that I won't say anything till around the time we find out the gender. After two losses it's best to wait for my husband and I to announce.

we told close family by 10 wks. social media after the 1st appointment at 12 wks and I got a sonogram pic and told that baby looked good!
