any success stories?

hi guys my husband and i have been on a fertility journey for some time now. he recently had a consultation about his semen analysis and had a zero count. He also has low testosterone and higher fsh not sure of this value. he has mumps as a teenager and we are both shattered by this information. i really dont know what the plan is as so far through the nhs this has just been with our gp and not very much communication has been seen. are there any success stories of either improved fertility or likelihood of sperm retrieval? just feeling very in the dark atm.
