nauseous for the past few days 🤒😫

so I'm super hungry but also really nauseous I haven't been physically sick but feel really sickly, I'm still hungry aswell??? I'm due a period in a few days so maybe just hormonal, I guess I'm asking does anyone else get these kind of symptoms before they are due on? help a girl out? 😤😵
