You don't implant before day 6, and your body won't give off any pregnancy hormones until day 7-8 at the earliest. And even then you may not be able to get a positive test. That's why they say to wait as long as possible

5dpo you haven't implanted yet. It's definitely too early. Wait at least 4-5 more days if you absolutely cannot wait.
