I'm knitting a scarf from some merino wool I spun myself on my spinning wheel. I have more wool to spin before it's finished but it's a mixture of purple, blue and lilac in the next batch. I also have included some purple raw silk which I spun in with the wool and some ready made random coloured silk threads. The yarn is textured as I vary the thickness as I spin, I add in slubs and some over or undertwisted sections. The knit is nice and soft and the texture in the yarn just adds interest. What do you think?
