COFFEE LOVERS!! I need your help.
When I got pregnant with my daughter I had completely cut out coffee/ caffeine (while TTC and in my first trimester only.) I was also taking prenatals...
So anyway, we've been trying for baby #2 for about 8 months now.
I hadn't been taking prenatals (I just started this week.) So, I also wanted to try cutting out caffeine to do everything like when I got pregnant with my daughter. Just basically grasping at straws here trying anything and everything to help me conceive.
However, I am SERIOUSLY STRUGGLING to cut out coffee 😩 Especially having a 2 year old.. by the end of the day I am so effing tired.
Does anyone have any tips on how to cut out coffee?! I've been religiously drinking a cup a day since in my 2nd trimester with my daughter. So almost 3 years!!
