Baby making grunting noises all the time?

my 2 month old baby has been making grunting noise it sounds like he is congested. what can i give for congestion? the doctor checked his lungs n said they sounded good. what could it be? thanks!

My son grunts all the time for no reason, it's their only form of communication besides crying/fussing! You did your part, mentioned it to the doc. Now you just let your baby grunt away! If baby still sounds congested, bring it back up to the doctor

My LO grunts all the time. While other babies were cooing and babbling he would just grunt. I think it's cute. But he did start cooing recently and won't stop lol. He still grunts a lot too. He's also been buzzing his lips to make spit bubbles.
