Help with Nausea after taking Plan B?

so i had unprotected sex with someone yesterday and today i went to a clinic and was given some plan B. I took it about an hour ago and I’m starting to feel nauseous. I know that this is a common side effect so I’m not really worried. Anyone know what I can do to feel a a little better? Any tips to help?
