Depo shot (WARNING) (TMI)

So I just got the depo shot almost a month ago. And I just got my period I'm on day 4. And was driving home when I felt tissue. But this tissue looks different has anybody ever had this before and on depo? I have cramps on scale (1-10) and they've been a 6. And another thing I've had tissue before but never like this. It looks white.
