Multiple miscarriages

I am 34 and I have 1 12 yr old boy. Since then I have been remarried for 5 yrs. We have been Ttc for 4...I have bow had 3 miscarriages, 1 ectopic and 5 chemicals. After the ectopic I haven't been able to conceive until now. My hcg is 491 and my AF was due yesterday. I finally gave up 3 months ago. I'm terrified this one won't stick either tho. But these levels is the highest I have gotten in over 2 yrs. Redoing labs tomorrow...Im freaking out!!
