anyone living in a mandated state... pay for private/individual insurance?

and it covers iui or other fertility services?? I live in Texas. it's a pain trying to talk to insurance companies because they're just like "I can't tell you what would be covered until you pay for a plan." .... Now why would I pay for a plan before I know what is or isn't covered?? I am missing an ovary and one tube. I read somewhere that I may be eligible for some coverage because of that. Not sure if that is true. What insurance do you have and how much is it a month? What percentage of visits/bloodwork/tests do you have to pay? Please help a girl out! thank you!! ,❤
