My boyfriend has been having some mouth pain. He says his gums feel wrinkly, like when you eat something sour. They might be raw? He says they start to throb randomly and it hurts more when he brushes his teeth, and has a hard time eating. He also tastes blood, but hasn't noticed any. The underneath of his tongue hurts. He says his pain is a 8/10

He's been using antiseptic mouth wash that has been diluted with water, but he said they started to feel worse as he continued to use it. I gave him orajel to try to help reduce the pain.
