PCOS?? New Vitamins? 5Days Late

soo let me begin by saying i wasnt diagnosed with PCOS my doc believes i have it because of extra hair an a past of crazy cycles. this year my periods have been regular like before an i havent been late eve has never been wrong i started Myo inositol Aug 3rd ttc up until expected period which was 5days ago i have had pinches sore nipples burning nipples all week ive cramped up until 4days before af was to show.. an so far nothing i havent been symptom spotting but there is a few. ive had 2 pregnancy dreams last week. before i missed my period. ive tooked 1first response 5days before my period was expected.. negative 1day before Negative with FRER hpt. negative at a day late Negative at 2days late... havent tested since i dont believe i stressed this month may have lost a little weight due to vitamins. Anyone has had similar issues on metformin an became pregnant?? ive been ttc #1 for 3yrs
