Just an FYI, if you're trying to boost contractions or bring your baby down bumpy car rides do NOT help it just makes you have to pee worse lol...... Just thought I'd share.. How did some of you ladies bring your baby down or boost contractions? Would really like to do this natural so I won't have to get medication to start contractions (if I can help it)
