I honestly haven't been stressed really. I'm blessed that I'm at a very pregnancy friendly command

Yes. No f...s given at this point. My first trimester was super stressful...scared of miscarriage and trying to preform well in my job before my rating was due while exhausted. Second trimester I PCSed and started a new, super low stress desk job, actually enjoyed pregnancy. Third trimester, 🤷🏼‍♀️.

Dang. I just cannot get away from the stress at work. It's killing me inside and I really don't want to risk losing the baby. I just don't know how to cope with the stress. 😣 I've been through counseling but my provider pcs'd and I really don't want to start over with someone new.

This is my second pregnancy in the Army. I was in a high stress position the first time, but luckily I could take time in the evenings and weekends to relax. Usually, I would take my top 5 most important tasks and make sure they get accomplished, everything else is gravy. This pregnancy, I'm in my professional military education school with my toddler here & my husband stationed elsewhere. Although my position isn't inherently stressful, the reading and papers are. Just try to find what's most important, direct your energy there, and take your losses in less important areas.
