Which dress style is best for a small chest?

Both dresses can be seen below. Anyone have any other advice for what suits small boobs? Especially with backless dresses so no bra or push up can be used 😩

girls with a smaller chest look great in the first dress (finn). a larger bust really cant even wear that with out falling out of it. so youre lucky you have more clothing options. the second dress tends to make all chests look smaller.
