I want another baby

Well I stop taking my birth control till the end of my pack which was July 29th. I then had my period on Aug 3rd. once my period went off I have been having sex at least every other day. I then starting feeling pregnancy symptoms after my ovulation date. Sore nipples, mood swings, increase appetite etc. Now my nipples aren't that sore just a little tender. I still have an appetite but don't really feel pregnant anymore. I'm only 6 days away from my period and I'm just so anxious. has anyone else got pregnant after taking birth control or did it take a while. I don't really know what to expect.
