Giving baby shrimp?

I wanna start blw with my son so I was gonna give him some of my shrimp. Is that OK for babies? 5 mnths

BLW isn't started until 6 months. At that point Baby can have what you are eating aside from honey and obvious choking hazards like nuts. Shrimp can be introduced as long as it's fully cooked, same goes for meats and eggs. If you have a family history of allergies I would definitely consult the physician and possibly an allergist before introducing.

Seafood is usually introduced later because of allergies. It definitely isn't one of the first foods you give a baby...I would talk with his doctor.
