Is Johnson products safe?

Is it true that it contains cancer causing chemicals or is it only a rumor?
What baby products do you like to use?

They are safe in the sense that they don't use talc anymore. Not safe in the sense they use hundreds if other un-pronounceable chemicals in their baby products

Download the app think dirty. You can scan products and it tells you on a scale of 0-10 (10 being the worst) how harmful the ingredients in each product is. I personally use young living products, if for some reason I run out I use 7th generation. I refuse to use anything else on my self, my child, and my home. I don't want any chemicals in my home though.

Johnson&Johnson; is safe, they use cornstarch in their product. You'll find talc powder in the cheaper brands which are not safe.

Check out the EWG healthy living app and type in the name of the Johnson product you're considering. The app gives each product a safety rating, then it breaks down each ingredient individually. Most of the Johnson products now only have allergy concerns, but a few still contain a formaldehyde releaser (linked to cancer). Their baby oil also contains mineral oil, which can actually irritate and dry out the skin.
Stick to natural baby product brands, such as California Baby, Shea Moisture, Earth Mama Angel Baby, etc. I'm personally not a huge fan of babyganics, but my sister uses their whole product line on her kids and she has no complaints. She started out with Johnson baby products years ago, then Aveeno after her kids became prone to bad eczema breakouts, then Babyganics. Since switching to Babyganics she says her kids no longer get breakouts. I also have friends who use and like Honest Co.

I was using baby wash to bathe because I have sensitive skin & I actually got a worse rash from Johnson baby wash than I have anything all over my body. And it usually goes away after an hour but this stayed for days. Probably won't be using it in my baby either just in case.

I hated Johnson’s baby stuff. They advertise the moisturizing nighttime wash and all it did was dry the heck out of my poor baby.
